Jake Naegle is a Metrology Technician at Janicki Industries in Layton, Utah. He started at Janicki as a Machine Operator and gained a passion for Metrology. He became a Metrology Technician after a year and a half, and has been pushing improvements to processes and training others in Metrology since. Jake has worked with project teams to find the best way to collect and analyze complex parts and features. He is also known for constantly finding the most efficient ways to measure and analyze parts and cutting down budget hours by up to 75%. Jake strives to learn and experience as much as he can with metrology. His knowledge consists of Metrology, different analysis software, Machining operations, GD&T, and assisting with project planning.
